This is the short, plain-language version. Camina is built to hold as little as it needs and to treat your food and health information as sensitive. A /start page opens a prefilled Messages body; a marked link may include a source code that Camina removes before storing the conversation. STOP and HELP work on every path.

what we collect

The messages and photos you send Camina; the food, calories, and macros derived from them; the profile and targets you set up (including your name, concise goal context, goal, height, weight, and time zone); and one bounded first-touch source code when you begin through a marked start link. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures public-site page views and performance without cookies, local storage, or individual fingerprinting. On public acquisition pages, Meta's advertising tools also measure a page view and when someone opens the Messages handoff.

how we use it

To estimate and log your meals, coach you over time, remember what matters to you (like dietary needs and allergies), understand the first source that introduced you to Camina, understand which public pages are useful and how they perform, measure whether advertising produces a first message, and support you when you reach out. We don't sell your personal information or build a generic funnel-event history.

who we share it with

Only the service providers that make Camina work — for example, our messaging provider, AI model provider, hosting, database, and media storage — and only as needed to run the service, or where the law requires it. For Meta advertising measurement, Camina sends a generic conversion when a first message is received, with the phone number cryptographically hashed for matching. It never sends Meta the message, photo, food, profile, goal, weight, or target data.

retention & your choices

We keep your history so Camina can stay useful over time. You can opt out of messages any time by texting STOP. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing us. We handle these requests by hand.
